  1. 01—02

    Overseas field study · Annual planning

    Members visit universities and research institutes abroad while each team prepares its programs for the new academic year.

  2. 03

    New-member selection · Orientation

    A new cohort is selected from the College of Natural Sciences and begins by sharing GLEAP's direction and culture with senior members.

  3. 04—05

    Academic programs · Youth mentoring begins

    Seminars and journal clubs move into full rhythm, alongside science mentoring programs such as GLEAMING.

  4. 05—06

    Domestic student exchanges

    GLEAP works with science and engineering groups such as STEM, KPF, and TI:um through joint seminars and exchange programs.

  5. 07—08

    Natural Science Concert

    Public lectures and conversations introduce high-school students in Seoul and other regions to the breadth of natural science.

  6. 09—10

    Second-semester academic and outreach projects

    Teams continue their projects, publish academic content, and build on the outcomes of mentoring and exchange programs.

  7. 11

    Night of GLEAP

    Alumni return to share research and career stories, strengthening the network between past and present members.

  8. 12

    Annual review · Handover

    Members document the year's work, pass experience to the next leadership team, and prepare for a new cycle.
